Randy T. Byrnes
Mr. Byrnes was the President of The Byrnes Group from 1975 until
it was acquired in 1996.
Currently, Mr. Byrnes is a General Partner of R&S Partners L.P.,
a limited partnership engaged in real estate management.
Mr. Byrnes has extensive experience in the personnel and staffing
industry. He also has experience in total quality management/ISO 9000
applications.
A resident of York County, Mr. Byrnes is a graduate of the University
of Dayton (B.S.) and the Pittsburgh State University, Pittsburgh,
Kansas (M.S.).
