Michael F. Kipp
Mr. Kipp is a principal of Kipp & Associates, a Nashville-based
management consulting firm.
Mr. Kipp provided management consulting and strategic planning services
to Parent Federal Savings Bank from 1988 through 1992.
He assisted, through a consulting role, with the formation of Keystone
Financial Mortgage Corporation in 1993, and provided consulting and
strategic planning services to Keystone Financial from 1993 through
1999.
Mr. Kipp has a B.A. from St. Anselms College and an M.S.L.S. from
Syracuse University.
In addition to Parent and Keystone, Mr. Kipp provides management
consulting services to a variety of clients, including Nortel Networks,
Phelps-Dodge, Genzyme, Provident Life and Accident, IBM, KnowledgePoint
and Life of the South.
He is a frequent speaker, and conducts the American Management Association's
'Management Course for Presidents' several times a year.
